Your Fatpirate account lives at the operator's own site, and only the operator can restore, verify or unblock it. This page explains how signing in works, what to do when it fails, and where to get help.
The route to your account
Signing in to Fatpirate takes three steps, each one completed at the operator's own site.
- Open the operator's site in your browser.
- Find and click the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when you registered.
No account yet? Registration happens at the operator too, and takes around two minutes to complete.
Getting back in when you've forgotten your password
Password recovery runs through the operator's own reset route. Request a reset link, and the operator emails it to the address you used at registration. Follow the link, set a new password, and sign in with it.
If the email address you registered with is no longer reachable, contact the operator's support team with proof of identity. They can update the address on file and send the reset link to a new one.
Getting in from a phone
The same account and password work on a mobile browser. Open the operator's site, tap the sign-in button, and enter your credentials. The layout adjusts to fit the screen, but the process stays identical to desktop.
The handful of things that go wrong
Sign-in problems usually come down to a short list of causes, each with a straightforward fix.
- Wrong email or password. Check for typos, and watch for caps lock — passwords are case-sensitive.
- Unverified account. Some operators require identity documents before the first withdrawal or within 30 days of a request. Check your inbox for a verification email and respond with the documents asked for.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you set a cooling-off period or self-excluded, the block stays in place until the term ends. Contact the operator only if you believe the block was set in error.
- Browser session expired. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
- Regional restriction. Fatpirate does not accept players from 23 excluded jurisdictions, among them Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria and China. Access from one of those regions is refused.
When the block is deliberate
Accounts are restricted for reasons beyond a forgotten password. Verification holds apply when identity documents have been requested but not yet provided — documents must be submitted within 30 days, and are usually verified within 10 days after the request is answered in full.
An account becomes inactive after 180 days without a login, and a monthly administration fee of 5 EUR is charged while it remains inactive. Self-exclusion blocks access entirely for the period you chose, and getting back in before the term ends requires contact with the operator and, where appropriate, a referral to support services.
The right door for help
Account problems are resolved by the operator's support team, reachable by email at [email protected] and through live chat. Support runs 24/7, covering all time zones.
Before you write, have three things ready: the email address on the account, the approximate time the problem started, and the exact message shown on screen. A request with those details gets a useful reply on the first pass; one without them takes longer.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only at the operator's own address, typed into the browser or reached through a bookmark you saved yourself. Never follow a link in an email or a message — phishing pages look identical to the real one, and a credential entered there is gone.
Use a password you have not used anywhere else. If another site is breached and your password is leaked, a unique one keeps this account safe. Sign out when you finish, particularly on a device someone else uses.
